Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: If you successfully cancel an order before it ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: For orders canceled after shipment, please follow the return process as outlined in our Return Policy.

Please note that if your order includes a promotional item, you may need to return the promotional item to receive a full refund. If you choose to keep the promotional item, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.

  • Address or Method Changes: If you need to change the shipping address or shipping method after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or method.

Payment

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
