Return Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or are not in new condition may not be eligible for return.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed within 8-10 business days from the date of receiving the item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Policies for Returns

  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
  • We are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend securely packaging the item(s) and insuring the package for the full value of the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are not in new, unused condition
  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items that are missing tags or packaging
  • Final Sale items

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these items are considered final.

Promotions and Discounts

If you purchased an item using a promotion or discount code, the refund will be issued for the amount paid after the discount was applied. In the case of returning an item that was part of a promotion or discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount.

Changes to Return Policy
